• Very little regional exploration undertaken in the last 10 years

  • Mineralisation is well understood and defined at Area F and E, which are the current focus of mining operations

  • NRR completed a regional exploration review and have identified several priority targets for further
    DSO deposits near existing infrastructure

    • Areas B and D host numerous drilling intercepts above 60% Fe that require drilling to delineate DSO deposits

    • Mountain Creek priority exploration target – along strike and same structural corridor as high-grade Danehill deposit

    • Limited drilling undertaken at Area A and C –  mapping followed by drill target generation

  • There is significant potential for Nathan River to extend its reserve base and mine life

  • In-fill and extensional drilling required along the Area F west trend at FW2 and FW5, located 8km west of the crushing plant

  • Estimated DSO and DMS inventory based on pit designs:

    • 200kt DSO at 57% Fe, plus 800kt DMS feed at 52% Fe

  • The E South deposit is located immediately south of the Zabeel open pit, only 3km from the crushing plant

  • A low-grade DSO inventory of 775kt at 54.6% Fe has been estimated, suitable as a blend for high-grade DSO or standalone low-grade DSO product (requires in-fill drilling)

  • NRR currently has large stockpiles of low-grade ore (+1Mt at ~40% Fe)

  • DMS testwork underway and if successful these stockpiles will come into the mine plan
